If I remember correctly, Care of Magical Creatures was a class chosen in the third year. I just thought you might want to check up on that.
Divination, Muggle Studies, Arithmancy, Ancient Runes and COMC are all 3rd year electives, not first year core classes!!!
some of these classes are not for first years...
There are only 7 core classes, you should go back and recheck some of these are not till third year.
